This was a formal interview process meeting with HR representative first and then the hiring managers. I later had to interview with two VPs. Unfortunately you aren’t told the shift you are applying until after an offer letter comes. The wasted everyone’s time by offering me a poor shift and not meeting my basic salary requirements that instated several times throughout the process.
