Very odd interview process. First interview was 5 along with minutes and 3 tests. 2nd interview ( approx 2 weeks later) was 35 minutes - where I was told that I was a good fit, they just needed to figure out in what department. 3rd interview (3 weeks later) - exactly 12 minutes and the lady interviewing rolled her eyes a couple of times - the following week a rejection letter.
