Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Medix (Pittsburgh, PA) nel mese di feb 2019
Colloquio
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and set up an initial interview to talk. She asked basic screening questions. She then set up another interview with the branch manager and herself to talk for one hour. It was still another phone interview to screen. I did not get an offer.

Questions: They asked about three different jobs and roles that I have had. For each position and role , she asked "what would THIS supervisor say was your strength and what would THIS supervisor say about your weakness". So have three strength's and weaknesses thought of (this threw me off).
- Asked about how my previous experience has prepared me for a recruiting role.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.

Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
