I was reached out to by a campus recruiter on LinkedIn. They invited me to meet them at a career fair. I went and met them, and was immediately told that I would be getting a phone interview with the campus recruiter who reached out to me. When the interview came, they ended up calling me an hour before we agreed on. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was just about getting to know me as a person. The next round of the interview was a Google Hangout interview with the manager at the office I would be working at, along with the recruiter I had my first interview with. This one lasted about an hour and a half, and it seemed very much more like an interrogation rather than a conversation. I felt that a lot of what we talked about was very irrelevant and lengthy for no reason. After this step, I was not asked to move further with the process.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.

Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
