I applied on LinkedIn then messaged the recruiter who posted the position. She quickly replied, and we scheduled a same-day call. She asked standard questions in almost a robotic way. For every question, I gave a thoughtful response, and she would respond with "that makes sense" then proceed to move forward with the next question. There was absolutely no dialogue. The interview continued like this for 45 minutes until I told her that this position would not be a good fit for me. It was hands down the worst interview I have ever had.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.

Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
