Interview was a quick phone call where the recruiter read of a script. She was not listening to any of my answers and you could tell she was just going through the list to get certain feedback. All she did was talk about herself and how she gets drunk with other employees and how everyone is in their 20s. From someone who recently graduated, this was even a turn off for me. It was described like one big party where I could tell was a cover up for telling me I would be overworked lol.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.

Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
