I interviewed with Medline twice and both times had a very unprofessional experience. The first time ~ 2 yrs back, I came in for a face to face and no one could figure out for an hour who was going to interview me- finally when I went in the interviewer was rude and I heard that that is the person I was going to replace. Tried my luck again a few months back and this time the HR person who screened me, joined about 30 mins late and had no clue what an Architects role was and was asking me very random questions not aligned with the position or job description. Unprofessional and waste of time
