I very much enjoyed the interview process at Medline. I discovered this job by a Medline recruiter and was able to set up a phone interview with him later that week. After completing the 30 minute phone interview, you are given an online IQ test (very important to score well on). After that I was advanced to the next step which was an interview with a leader in the associate program. I then was scheduled one more interview with the head of operations at the branch I was anticipating working for. All three interviews were about 1 week apart from each other. Medline is good at staying on their toes and keeping close contact so you never feel lost during this process. After my 3rd interview I was contacted a few days later with an offer.
