It was a 5 step interview process that took way too long for what the job paid. 1. Phone Screen with a recruiter. 2. Manager Interview. 3. Ride along with rep. 4. Hogan assessment which took over 2 hours. 5. Interview with VP.

There were 3 interviews. One was with recruiter, one with manager and QA and the last one was with the director of the customer service department. The last one was more of a get to know you where they offered the position.

I had a total of 9 interviews. First was with a recruiter, then with the Divisional Manager, then a ride with a Sales Rep/trainer (not as formal of an intervew) and then a trip to corporate and had another 4 interviews (each one lasting 30 mins with higher ups from various departments) and then a a final one with the Regional Manager. The Regional said "she was the deciding factor" after it was a 50/50 split on whether or not to hire me during the corporate interviews. The final meeting was more or less her getting to know me.
