      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Medsource Consultants (Stamford, CT) nel mese di lug 2019

      Various Interviews stages. Over the phone, skype and group panel. It was very misleading to say they were looking for a recruiter when actually they are your typical call center. They did not bother to let me know if I got the job or not. It does not take much to send a generic email or text that they have moved on to another candidate you know. Not very professional at all from some of the group pannel and the recruiter who seem to be nice. Spent most of the hour asking unrelated questions about my old position than finding out if I was a perfect fit for the job??? I want to say I was a NO to them from the moment I walked in and had nothing to do with my professional appearance due to the fact on how the interview began and the questions that were thrown at me coming from all directions but I handled it like a pro and never lost my cool neither was nervous.

      Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Medsource Consultants (Stamford, CT) nel mese di apr 2016

      Colloquio

      Perfunctory phone screen by an HR representative, quick and brief scripted questions and then a referral to the VP of Sales. Phone screen with him that went around in circles before we engaged in a dialogue of relevant issues as it pertained to the job and industry trends. Based on the conversation, we both agreed that a face to face interview would be in order. I went to the company offices for what I believed would be a one on one interview with the VP of Sales to discuss not only the requirements of the job....but also Industry trends we discussed on the phone as it pertained to the firm's planned expansion into new market verticals. What encountered during the face to face 'interview' was 'unique' to say the least. A THREE on ONE process that was in my professional opinion..anything but professional. No real introduction of all the players, other than 2 business cards presented to me, no explanation of the process,which is okay with me, I've experienced the same during sales presentations. Multiple interviews in succession....been there...done that...good cop...bad cop.... This situation was different, 2 people who just started with a review of my experience in the industry of my last employer, questioning me about a market segment of that business they were absolutely clueless about... 2 participants were firing questions from 2 different angles.....to start..and then the questions of one participant were absolutely stupid..... If it was a trick question....it is a new trick on me.... There are certain basics to the sales process in any situation.... You engage a decision maker, qualify the deal is real and then proceed accordingly. Whether it is long sales cycle process or turn and burn it in 2 business days.... i have a successful track record in all situations..... If you can't get agreement with people in a meeting, job interview or client meeting about the BASICS, the people in the meeting...are NOT WORTHY OF A PROFESSIONALS TIME. To summarize...machine gun questions by participants .... For what purpose ...to see if I'd sweat...didn't happen.... To see how I would handle unprofessional situations...I rose to the occasion.... I HANDLED MY SELF AS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL .. Thanked them for their time and went about my business.... MY Experience was not a good one.....
