Neutral overall. Interviewer asked standard questions, and didn't try to throw too many curve balls. Internship was meant for female college students of freshman year standing only, and interview took only 30 minutes.

Tell me about a time when you had to do something unsupervised.
All behavioral, no technicals. Very nice interviewer and they seem to be interested in you. Very basic, first round interview as long as you prepare for questions, and just be yourself.
It was all behavioral based questions. Interviewed at Society of Women engineer conference last year. Did not get an offer, but interviewer was nice and welcoming. Interview was relatively easy.
Between the 3 interviewers, they asked a good blend of personal behavior and technical questions that were each about their specific job details and requirements. Overall was very relaxed and inviting!
