The interview process was very straightforward. I found Medtronic at a conference and applied, then received a first round interview, then an offer. There were very few technical questions, and they were easy.

The interview was with one person. They were very nice. They asked the standard behavioral questions, so they could assess how I would fit into the role and the environment.

Interview isn't technical but more behavioral based. I think the questions were fairly general and a good grasp of team work skills. multiple rounds, SMART Technique for answering the questions
