They ask freshers to take the interview. All the senior folks who should ideally be there after 1 Technical round were unavailable.
Since the start of the process all the naive interviewers showed up and till now 3 technical rounds has passed.

Structured interview process, overall 3-4 rounds of interview. 1st round would mostly be technical testing your analytical skills like SQL. 2nd round would be a mix of technical and problem solving.
3rd round is the bar raiser round. (your past work exp, stress questions and some case studies)
