Initial conversation with an equity research analyst. Got invited to super day after couple of weeks. Everyone was nice on the interview. However, the program seems to be new and have little structure. One senior manager was not very helpful or asking interesting questions. Didn’t hear back anything for about 2 months. Contacted HR multiple times and didn’t hear back at all. Really ambiguous about the expectation. HR doesn’t seem to have appreciation for the candidate’s time spent on interviewing.
