Initial phone interview, followed by group interview and best applicants vere invited back to personal interview. The group "interview" was a total circus and a waist of everyones time playing games and performing in front of the audience. They also did not disclose too much details on their service/software and how and to what it can be use ,but they definitely expect you to now it, so do your googling before, if you're planning on going there to waste your time. In the personal interview they had more than 10 ppl sitting on the other side of the table, making it feel more like jury hearing than job interview.
