I applied online, and the day after I was contacted by a hiring manager with the invitation for the interview. I was interviewed by my future manager. The interview went really well. The manager sounded really friendly and welcoming. On the same day in the evening, I received the invitation for a group interview with an explanation of what I should prepare for this group interview. The day before the group interview, I decided to withdraw my application, as the company's values don't correlate with mine. Additionally, the reviews from the company's employees really scared me and I didn't want to deal with all this.

Their interview process went smoothly and was very cordial. Although we were ultimately not the best fit, I enjoyed talking to the interviewer. Depending on the position, I would still consider another position at meltwater that fits better with my skillset.
