Fill application, talk to hr, go through a simulation over the phone, where the manager will act as a customer your job is to sell him whatever product you choose

I filled in a standard form, was then met by the lady in human resources, she was pleasant. we chatted a bit, she then asked about my work experience, after that she said she wants to do a test call, other parties will listen and decided if I am suitable, we then did that, in hind sight her response was pre planned to be very negative, rushed and not interested in the product I was selling ( for this call ) after the call, we met again and she said I wasnt to be considered for the sales but could be offered the Customer Care job, I believe there was no sales job as my call was faultless, I covered all my basis but she was adamant before she would not buy and made every excuse for this cause. ( rushed, only two minutes, was never interested on the FB page, had no credit card details, wasnt sure she could trust my company with card details etc ) completely pre determined and was never going to relent
