Make sure to prepare in advance and dress the part. I personally believe that I was qualified and that I answered everything they asked but not up to their standards.

Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.
