The first one is the code assessment and you have one week to implement it, it really depends on the candidates' work experience to make it perfect. After pass the code assessment, the second one is online video interview with two of their Android engineers, they asked how you implemented the assessment and how to improve it. The engineers and interpreter are very polite and I think we have a good chat. The third one is the manager interview, mostly focusing on the behavior questions. This time there's no interpreter during the interview. If you pass the manager interview, you will need to have another onsite interview. I failed the manager interview and the feedback is that they want candidates to speak Japanese to reduce the cost of communication. I think they should mention it (that candidates need to be able to speak Japanese) at the beginning instead of wasting the candidates' time! After I consulted with other candidates, the language seemed not the main reason. I just don't know why they didn't give the real feedback.

This company watses my time. A recruiter reached out to invite me to apply. First step is a take home a assignment. The assignment is 8hours long. No reply 2 weeks later. When I asked for feedback, they just replied with a generic rejection.
