It was a really good experience overall. There were a lot of technical questions, including some tricky ones, but the conversation was engaging and insightful. In terms of the workplace itself, I would say it was amazing — a factory full of genuinely passionate engineers who clearly care about what they do.

CV Screening and an invitation to the assessment day;
We have been asked to do a group exercise followed by a personal and technical interview with the department manager. At the end of the day, they took us on a tour and showed us the Formula 1 engine manufacturing floor, it was a positive experience and everything went well.
