Online assessment, followed by an Assessment Center in Stuttgart with a group of 40+ participants. The online assessment consisted of a variety of tests as well as a video interview. The communication with the company throughout the process was smooth and transparent.

the initial round consists of reviewing of your resume and your cover letter and then if they like it you will be invited to an assessment online which takes over an hour.
