They often talk about corporate social responsibility (while completely ignoring the emissions scandal that happened at the company). Though the job description was extremely vague the interviewers expected me to be extremely specific which was hard to be considering that the programme has no clear indication of the type of candidate they are looking for. Most candidates also expressed the same. The assessment center involved business case presentations, design thinking challenges, team presentations, role-play and interviews. The programme was described as job-rotation based and with placements in various countries starting with Germany.
