Went in for an in-person interview where I met with several members of the actuarial team. I was contacted a few months later for a phone screening and was offered the position. From time to interview to accepting the offer, the process took about 4 months.

1. Virtual interview with two minutes to respond to set questions (about 30 seconds to plan response) 2. Excel skills test 3. Skype interview with four current employees of varying levels/positions.
