Got cold called-- answered when I pulled into my driveway with groceries in the car, not feeling the best after my getting my second COVID vaccination. Proceeded to find myself in a 40 minute impromptu interview. The conversation was generally fine, but it turns out the position I had applied for was already filled and although there were similar open positions in other parts of the country, the person who was interviewing me was not involved with hiring for those roles.
