Take the verbal/written/math skills test. Cognitive written test. Preliminary interview with a HR employee (now called Human Capitol). Then interview with the supervisor/manager of the dept you are applying to. They will make you wait while they conduct background test, drug test, personality test. If they wait too long, you may end up getting another job offer from another employer before they get back to you with their decision.
