I spoke with the Manager of the department. I have come to know my Manager much better over the past few years and I have found his character outstanding. My Manager presented himself at the time honestly and directly and spoke candidly about the challenges and expectations of the position. He presented to favorable opportunities and the challenges I should expect. Interview time was used efficiently and effectively. I do feel that the Interview provided a very good insight into the nature and volume of work expected. This interview provided me an excellent "inside look" at the Design group and what I should expect. This in turn allowed me to make an informed choice when a offer was presented.
