I had a phone interview with Don Grace, the head chef. Then at the end, he said that a recruiter would be in touch with me shortly. I had a second phone interview with the recruiter to make sure I would be a good fit. I then went to a Mercy office to go over the job, finish paperwork, and get my ID card picture taken. I had a Mercy orientation, followed the next day by a department orientation.
