IQ and personality test. If moved on, then there is an interview with a manager. Did not get any further than this interview, so wouldn't know if there are any additional interviews

If they're interested in your resume, they will ask you to do a cognitive and a behavioral test. After that, they will conduct a phone interview with a person from HR basically asking more basic about you, your graduation date, etc. They will also give you a little more info about the internship. Try to demonstrate your interest or your ability in the phone interview. I got an automated rejection email a few days after the interview. The whole process felt very impersonal.
