Interview process- Three rounds of interviews and one assignment.
First two interviews with product heads which last around 90 mins and 60 mins respc. Then they give me an assignment. The assignment was related to their current product expansion plan. I have submitted the assignment. Got call from the HR that I am shorlisted for the final round of interview with the CEO. Final interiew lasts for hardly 10 mins. where CEO begins with the feedback. He told me that I dont have tech knowledge (coz I am from a non-tech background) and according to him it is mandatory for a Product Manager to have tech background. He already made his mind before interviewing me so I wasted good 10 mins to convince him. Before wrapping the interview, I asked him that are they planning to launch any similar kind of product (the assignment). We have already build the product and we are launching it in coming 10-15 days- he replied.
It seems very spooky as I have read some feedback on glassdoor where candidates share similar experiences.
I also believe that they are just scamming candidates by giving them assignments like these (to make candidates work for them for free). Please dont fall into this scam.

The interviewers don't even have proper communication skills. They will ask random questions which are totally unrelated to product management. This is a waste of time for this role where there are tasks given pertaining to business problems that they need to solve.
This is the first time I am posting a negative review about any company.
I had a couple of video call rounds with their Product heads and then I was given an assignment of their current problem statement.
I was shortlisted after all the three rounds and now the final round was with the CEO . He did not seemed interested for a discussion after knowing that I have switched too many companies.
If this was the criteria for non-selection then my CV should not have been shortlisted in the first place because my CV lists all the organizations that I have worked for along with their tenures.
The candidate should not be treated as inferior as he is looking out for jobs . In professional world, everybody has the right to look out. It is a very small world, you can also be in a similar place sometime.
