I was asked if I had children. As if this would determine whether I would qualify for the job. I got the impression if I had children I would not get the job. I now have children and this worries me.

Very simple. I received a phone call after submitting my resume. I then went for an in-person interview at the store. I was offered the position on the spot, but ended up declining because of a scheduling conflict.

It was a quick interview. They asked questions about my past experience. The process took about a week. A got a call the next day that they wanted to hire me.
