Passed the first screening, did a virtual interview. Then did a case study (presentation) and second virtual interview. Made it to the final VP round. Was told an in-person interview in Toronto was mandatory. Was told I was "very well liked, there's a reason you're being asked to fly out, read betwen the lines". Flew out from the west coast on my own expense, but HR later refused reimbursement, claiming it was 'voluntary' because I mentioned an interest in relocating. Process took over two weeks for a rejection.
