They had asked a lot of competency questions so it was not a personal interview but an knterview where you display certain characteristics such as perserverance, integrity and etc. They then have a scoresheet where they will tally up your answet against. This is how it was when I had done it in 2020 however things change.

So far, I have completed the online interviews which were great to experience. They gave you plenty of information to prepare and helped you through it. There were multiple online talks to prepare and provide useful information to prepare for the interview.

Pretty straightforward with predictable questions. Use of common sense is all you need really. Be sure to have previous examples of cohesion, morality, why you think you’ll be a good fit ect ready.
