Very formal but very insightful interview process that uses the national decision making model in ensuring the new recruits use the assessment framework in there decision making and it’s very much like that

The interview process was predominantly online, during 2020. I had to fill out a lot of written assessments and scenario based exercises and also submitted some recorded videos. Then one day in person for some written exercises and role play. No in person interview.
