First, you find the building with no signs of any company (you may be contacted under different names). Then you are given some blanks to fill in, with pretty intimate questions about family or previous salaries etc. Then I made some basic English test. Nobody is there to talk to but a secretary. A crazy thing happened to me: I filled in the 'Recommendations' blank, but chose not to hand it to a secretary feeling suspicious about the company. She told me the blank itself (an empty sheet of paper) was a property of a company and I will not be allowed​ to take it out of the premises. Office is in pretty neglected state, btw. Then somebody starts paying attention to your existence, different people walk in in turns (some barefoot), ask similar questions about your experience etc. They will not answer your questions about the company, because they are in "stealth" mode. You would be expected to sign the contract knowing next to nothing about the job. Eventually you are given a test assignment to do in xCode, nothing special.
