10 Minute Phone Interview. Then in person interview. Honestly the whole process was a joke. I submitted my application online and heard back almost immediately from the Human Resource Department. Thrilled, I took the interview and talked to not only a Personal in Human Resources but then spoke to the CEO later that day to be told I made it through to the In Person Interview for the position of an Account Manager. Upon arrival to the location the first thing I noticed was the fact that they shared an office with a dentist and a shrink. Waited about 20 - 30 minutes before being interviewed. The interview itself took place across the street at a Bagel Shop while the interview itself was easy it was clear that they were talking fast to hide the fact that this job is a false advertisement of the position. They walk a lot and the move their hands to make it seem like a real job but when they asked if I wanted to see the field they proceeded to give me the address to a BJs wholesale where they tried getting people to buy Direct TV. You are not an account manager. Its a joke.
