The communication was very thorough and professional from the initial point of contact all the way through the interview, which happened to be lunch with a manager. She asked me to to stay in touch, she even mentioned that she'd like to have me come and meet the rest of the team. However, after waiting a bit and then following up several times, I got absolutely no response from anyone at Midmark. No phone call, e-mail or letter; nothing from the recruiter, the manager or a single person. I am a professional and while I am thankful for the opportunity to have been sought out and invited to have discussed the position at all, I'm really disappointed in the way Midmark handled this, for a position in human resources no less.
