Did a quick preliminary interview/meet and greet with the company during my college career fair. Scheduled an interview with the construction executive. Very laid back interview at a coffee shop. Informal type of interview that was more of a conversation than an interview.

Around a 10 min. interview. Basic interview questions asked from a company executive. If company is interested they will email you for a followup interview. Followup interview is to get to know you as a person to see if you're a great fit for the company environment.
