HR phone screen, in person interview. Process took about one month from application to first interview. Phone screen was standard; in person interview was more on fit and team review.

Recruiter emailed me to ask for a phone screen interview. Interview lasted about 45 min. Expected some type of follow up but the recruiter never contacted me back. The interview went very well so I thought it was in poor taste to not say anything even if they were going with other candidates.
