Dinner the night before with two Analysts, followed by a full day of 2-on-1 interviews. During each interview, the interviewers would tell me a little more about Milliman and give me the opportunity to ask questions. Very intense, but very fair interview process.

The interview was very long, lasting for nearly six hours, which made it quite exhausting both mentally and physically. The questions covered a wide range of topics, extending all the way back to my high school experiences.
