It was firstly a verbal interview & then an assignment was given. The interview includes questions like the roles & responsibilities of my previous jobs & my skills. & how I could contribute & match up with philosophy of Miniso as a brand & how people in Bangladesh could understand the usefulness & diverseness of the products.
