First, I got a call from them to schedule the date of the interview. They told me it was a group interview.
On that day the applicant was 11 people. They let you ask the detail about the applicant next to you and then present at the front of the room. Then they gave you a product from miniso and let you sell&present.
Then they will interview 1:1, it takes about 15-20minutes per person.
After they finished 1:1 interview. They choose 4 from 11 applicants to get through the second interview.
The second interview was 1:1 but interviews with the manager. They’ll ask you basic questions and tell you about the detail of the job. And they will contact you in 1-2 weeks for let you know about the training.
Easy, detailed and non-judgemental. The manager was a very nice person who just wanted the basic information, no elaborate questions or expectations. It was over in a few minutes and later that same day I received a message asking me if I would be available to start x day x shift. Very swift process.
