Simple, started with a phone call where we discussed my position, experience and what my task may be. Ben, who had done the phone conversation with me, had made it very clear that it was a temporary position until the company feels grounded enough to hire long term employees. After the phone interview, I was introduced to the head of each department and presented with a desk and I started working immediately.
