They shortlisted my profile and conduct L1&L2 interviews then L3 with someone from US recruitment head, and the panel didn't join the call and they asked me for a reschedule then have given slot for reschedule also, that's visibly clear she took that for formality and I got information from the Chennai HR says your profile is our first priority submit your documents for BGV they have given a hope that I'm shortlisted then they said it's junior level position so are you okay to start as a intern for the first 3 months, I said okay for this too then they said they hired another ex employee for that role from Ukraine. There is no proper interview process and system followed by them. Giving false updates and making the candidate to wait for it.
