You'll definitely be asked about your perspective or experience within the gifted universe. They will ask about your relationships with parents because the parent body tends to be more demanding, generally speaking. Have clear expectations and boundaries for communication with parents. If you're doing a demo lesson, make sure that you demonstrate good classroom management. You'll be working with either an assistant or co-teacher (not sure what the model is now). Be ready to define how you see this relationship and the potential hierarchy that exists between the two of you. The school tends to have a lot of opportunities for teachers to be a part of committees, etc. They might ask how you like to be involved beyond the classroom. There might be wiggle room to adapt the curriculum based on your interests, so come with some thoughts/ideas on how you've done that in the past and what your strengths are in terms of subjects.
