The interview process was structured and transparent, showcasing Miro's commitment to professionalism and a supportive work environment. It started with a scheduled video interview with a recruiter, focusing on my technical background and fit for the IT Administrator role. This was followed by an onsite interview, where I met with both a Workplace Manager and a People Technology Lead. During this round, we discussed scenarios around cross-functional collaboration, adaptability in a fast-paced setting, and proactive problem-solving.
I also had a walkthrough with a team leader who provided a comprehensive tour of the office from an IT perspective and introduced me to the IT team. The process was thorough, and each interaction was engaging, giving me a strong sense of Miro's collaborative culture and dynamic work environment.
