I had a pretty good experience interviewing for Social Worker. I went to their Murrieta office and everyone was friendly and were taking precautions for Covid. The process did not take as long as other agencies. I received an offer but declined due to not offering supervision hours. Seems like a great agency to work for.. I would probably recommend having a licensed clinician on staff to offer supervision for candidates that are further in their education. This would be a + for candidates seeking licensure. The questions were not difficult in nature: why mission health? Why hospice? Previous experience. supervision hours.
