I was contacted by email 7 days after I applied to schedule a phone interview with HR. During this interview we discussed the company and was asked about some points on my resume. A week later, I was asked to do a Video interview with the Hiring manager, where we went over my resume and was asked some basic technical questions. I was then asked to do an in-person interview a week later, during which I talked with 3 other people (all upper management) and had a factory tour. During the interviews with upper management I was asked STAR based questions. I was then told I should hear back Friday that week. I unfortunately didn't hear back that week, and had to ask HR for an update. It seems like a wonderful place to work, and was disappointed I wasn't able to get an offer.
