The interview process involved multiple rounds including an initial HR screening, design discussions and a face-to-face interview with the senior HR manager and team lead. Feedback after the final round was positive, but communication post interview lacked clarity and candidate need to follow up multiple times to get the update or feedback. Clearly communication gap is there from hr member side.
