Got interviewed by a recruiter while I was in mexico, the process took like 2 weeks before i got everything that i needed to get my TN visa, after that i had to travel to Atlanta for training, i was there for 5 months, and then got a project.
First Phone Screening Interview had 5 questions. All the questions were relatively easy. They explained about the frequent travel required for the job. Must be committed for 2 years on contract.

Asked simple questions relating to software development. Even if you miss 30% of them, you still get the offer. After that, the next interview was a simple programming interview where they asked me to write to python scripts and tell them the runtime of them.
