Frustrating process which was coordinated by a recruiter. Clearly a shambolic and amateurish organisation as following on from initial contact didn't hear anything about their required technical test for ages, and then out of the blue they decided they wanted to interview again!

Was given the obligatory technical test with a poorly designed spec, which was slightly disconcerting, as I thought 'god help me if this is the quality of their program specs'
Thank you for leaving your comments, I am sorry you felt you had this experience. We have reviewed our interview process and made changes. We now operate a paired interview testing task for all Development Roles which has been introduced to improve the experience.
